Background:

Our client’s vision for their procurement journey was to overhaul and enhance their user experience across all procurement services for over 200,000 employees globally.

The “Procurement Direct” (ServiceNow) platform objective was to achieve a seamless interaction through the implementation of a highly functional single access point for all procurement needs, including purchasing goods/services, accessing knowledge articles, and raising queries with support teams.

Our Approach :

Our ServiceNow SMEs have been tasked to create a consumer-grade shopping experience for employees by leveraging the shopping hub capabilities of ServiceNow.
The solution interfaces with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and Coupa) through REST-based integrations. This is a complex initiative that has a significant benefits use case associated with it. The user base will be the entirety of the Bank’s employee population 200k+.
